Our move in date for the fall is on August 18, 2017. Your lease will go all the way until July 31, 2018.
In the application packet, we provide a roommate matching and preference form. This form is for you to name your requested roommates and list any other preferences you may have. Please note that all of these requests will be taken into consideration, but are not guaranteed.
Yes we do! You can find a person to take over the remainder of your lease. Any person that you find will go through the same screening process that you went through when you signed your lease. They will need their own guarantor, as well. However, there is a $350 fee that must be paid by the resident before this process is complete.
Yes we are! Like most apartment communities we do have weight and breed restrictions. Any animal that lives here must be less than 30lbs and cannot be considered an aggressive breed. We will also require a $350 non-refundable pet fee and $25 per month pet rent for the resident that registers the animal. We do limit the number of animals in the apartment to two pets per apartment.
The rent includes the rental amount for the bedroom and shared occupancy of the common areas, water, sewer, cable, and internet. The rent also includes a $40 electricity allowance for each occupant in the apartment.
CP Cincy's internet provider is Cincinnati Bell.
Utilities are billed by the leasing office. The utilities and overages will be mailed directly to the resident at their apartment address and are due with the rental installment on the first of the month.
Payments are accepted in the office in the form of a personal check, money order, cashier’s check, or e-check online. Once rent is late on the 4th of the month, a $35 fee is added to your amount due on the 4th and $10 each day after until the fees reach $185. Only certified funds will be accepted in the office once rent is late. Online payment options are available as well. Rent can be paid online at our resident portal with checking account or credit card.
CP Cincy provides wireless internet through-out the property. Instructions for connecting will be provided at move-in. If you have trouble connecting to the wireless or need additional assistance you can contact the leasing office.
